Mini Mark
The machine produces filter cigarettes with a standard length of 84 mm and a diameter of 8 mm, with a production rate of 500-550 cigarettes per minute.
This is the smallest overall size of the device that produces cigarettes using industrial technology, and with a high quality product. Full automation of production, European version.
It is also the only machine of its kind that has a single carrier plate design that allows it to be transported as a whole, so that when transported directly to the recipient, there is no need to disassemble, assemble and re-commission. The mass of the machine does not exceed 1.5 tons, for ease of transportation, the machine with dimensions: width 2300 mm, length 1800 mm, can be loaded using a simple forklift. Also, thanks to the use of efficient motors, it was possible to reduce the energy consumption to around 10 kW.

The machine packs finished, counted cases into boxes according to the 7-6-7 system (20 pieces).
The device is accurate, there are no vibrations, so the material does not fly out of the rods.

A special roller system automatically places the kernels in the tray. The device also has the function of aligning the cores in the tray after each work cycle.
